Paying online at Studio e is easy and 100% safe because of our payment partner WooCommerce. This company has extensive experience in providing secure and easy online payment processing for webshops and is a leading provider of multi-channel payment services. WooCommerce guarantees a 100% safe processing of your payments, regardless of the method of payment you have chosen in our webshop.

We, Studio e, are not involved in any of the payment transactions and hence can’t access or keep any card- or login-details. All transactions take place via encrypted lines and are immediately send via WooCommerce to your trusted bank. Your payment details and credit card information will only be used for the payment and will never be disclosed to other parties.

Once a payment has been made, you’ll immediately receive a payment confirmation email. When you pay by online banking or credit card we can see straight away whether the payment has been successful and will immediately start processing your order.   

All items are handmade, made to order and shipped from Belgium. 

PRODUCTION TIMES: 
Most products take 5-7 working days to make before being shipped. If you have ordered a group of items or ordered in a busy period this may be longer.

All shipments are at buyers cost. We ship all our products via Bpost. Once your order has been dispatched you should expect your order within 3-5 business days.

Please understand that the Glass Terrazzo Homeware are not returnable since they are custom made on order.

We take the greatest care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if the Glass Terrazzo Coasters should be damaged upon arrival, please contact us by email: info@studio-e-interior.be. 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Every piece is handmade and unique, therefore color and pattern may vary slightly. There may be minor imperfections as well. 

Please take care of these products as they are fragile. 

The products are not dishwasher or microwave safe, we recommend hand washing our products. 

The items are sealed and can be cleaned with a soft cloth and light detergent. It is advised to wipe up strong containments such as wine or coffee as soon as possible.
